The Crestmoor neighborhood is predominantly a residential neighborhood comprised of single-family homes situated on large lots situated on wide and winding streets. Manicured lawns, an abundance of healthy trees, and historic homes adorn this area, located adjacent to Mayfair, Hilltop, Lowry and is minutes from Cherry Creek. The heart of this tranquil neighborhood is Crestmoor Park. Softball fields, tennis courts, playground and ample grassy areas invite residents to enjoy the magic of Crestmoor Park all year long.

Crestmoor’s aesthetic primarily consists of neo-classic, colonial, and Tudor mansions along with traditional ranch style homes. The Crestmoor Swimming and Tennis Club is one of the largest draws to the neighborhood located directly across the street from the park..

Another special aspect of this charming community is the Crestmoor Park Garden Club. Founded in 1950, this women’s social group focuses on the study of horticulture and floral design to promote the beautification of Crestmoor Park.
